Sirocco Winds, formed in 2012, are a dynamic wind ensemble of Masters graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of  Scotland — playing flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn.  Based in Glasgow, its members come from all over the UK and Spain.  Their successes include winning the Governors’ Recital Prize for Chamber Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland;  playing live on Classic FM, BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio Scotland;  and performing in prestigious music festivals including the St Magnus International Festival, the Cumnock Tryst and Aberdeen International Youth Festival.  Individually, they have worked with orchestras and ensembles including the RSNO, the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Scottish Opera.
